Vancouver’s Open House

I listed a 2 bed, 2 bath New Westminster waterfront condo today. My phone has been ringing, I would like to say “off the hook”, but I have a cellular, so my phone has been ringing non-stop all day. The home stagers have not even finished staging the property. Realtors and their clients are wanting to view it. I think this is a combination, of location, timing, and pricing. I am not sure that this property would have received the same response back 3-6 months ago.
